FAQ

Common questions about working with Incline Homes.

What services does Incline Homes offer in Pittsburgh?
Incline Homes is a full-service Pittsburgh home builder and construction company. We build new homes (including custom homes), handle renovations (kitchen, bathroom, basement, whole-home), additions (second-story, third-floor, garage), commercial construction (office build-outs, retail, restaurants, medical), concrete (driveways, patios, repair), and decks. One licensed team, accountable across every trade — you don’t manage subcontractors, we do.
Where is Incline Homes based, and how far do you travel?
Our office is at 2631 Glenchester Road, Wexford, PA 15090. We serve Pittsburgh city — including Lawrenceville, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Bloomfield, Highland Park, Polish Hill, Point Breeze, Strip District, and Mt. Washington — plus Wexford and the surrounding North Hills suburbs. For the right project, we’ll travel throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region. See areas we serve.
What credentials does Incline Homes have?
Incline Homes is a licensed Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA140856), fully insured, bonded, and established in 2016. We carry general liability insurance and worker’s compensation on every project, residential and commercial. Every job is built to current PA code and inspected through the appropriate Pittsburgh or Allegheny County municipality.
Do you offer financing or work with construction loans?
We don’t lend directly, but we work alongside your bank or lender on construction loans, home equity lines, and renovation financing. We provide the detailed budgets and timelines lenders need for approval, and can recommend Pittsburgh-area lenders who understand construction financing. See our financing page for partner options.
Why one company for everything instead of separate specialists?
Single-point accountability. When kitchens, baths, additions, and concrete all need coordinating, having one licensed team that owns every trade means one schedule, one budget, one warranty, and one phone call when something needs attention. No finger-pointing between subs, no gaps in coverage, no orphaned punch-list items. The trade-off is project size — for very small single-trade work, a specialist might be more efficient.
